Hotel Business Re-Entry & Expansion Roadmap

Building on decades of family experience in hospitality and accommodation services, the Group is strategically planning to re-enter the hotel business with its first footprint in the spiritual capital of Tirupati. The proposed project is a 63-key hybrid hotel, thoughtfully designed to serve both pilgrims and business travelers, combining comfort, efficiency, and modern hospitality standards.

As part of a structured five-year expansion roadmap, the Group plans to scale its hotel portfolio selectively across high-potential spiritual destinations and premium tourism hubs. The targeted locations include Madurai, Vijayawada, and Shirdi, followed by expansion into leisure and tourism-driven markets such as Goa and Pondicherry.

The total planned investment for this phase is approximately ₹300 Crore, with all properties envisioned under a recognized star classification, ensuring standardized service quality, compliance, and brand positioning. Each hotel will be developed with a strong focus on operational efficiency, sustainable design, and guest-centric experiences, while leveraging the Group’s deep expertise in food services and hospitality operations.

This expansion aligns with the Group’s long-term vision to create a specialized hospitality portfolio that blends spiritual tourism, cultural relevance, and modern hotel management—establishing a strong, trusted presence in destination-led markets across India.
